I’ll be having my first Tofurkey loaf tomorrow. (i’ve had Tofurkey before, this will just be the first time I’ll be cooking one and taking it to Thanksgiving with the family… which, I’m already bracing for the taunts) I originally wanted to make one from scratch, but I figured, why not save some time and just buy one this year?
Next month however, for Christmas, I wanna make this: Vegan Fried Chicken! I got the idea because I remembered reading a while back how in Japan, it’s popular to have fried chicken on Christmas. Well, as a former fried chicken lover, I can completely understand that ( it’s probably the only meat product I kinda miss sometimes… but even that’s no big deal) So, I thought, VFC is the perfect thing for me to make myself while everyone else is having turkey. This recipe is looking pretty good, can’t wait!
