for a second i wanted to say it was fiona apple, but her voice is a bit stronger - still i didn’t place it as Regina, and had to look it up.
I’ve always loved this song, though I’ve never heard Regina Spektor cover it. I love her voice, but I still love Billie Holiday’s version more.
